With a busy start to 2021, including our recent brand release — we’ve turned our eye to the May 2021 Product Release and recently shared an overview of key features coming to the OnBoard Core suite.

While these are the substantial, wide-impact items for May, we’d be remiss to not also share more about the additional items that will be making the OnBoard platform even more powerful as we roll into the summer months.
Single Sign On (SSO): SSO provides both additional security for organizations as well as convenience for users. We are releasing SSO capabilities specifically to support OneLogin, but also have created the framework to add support for additional SSO providers as customers request these. If you currently use OneLogin SSO, please reach out to your customer success manager for more information on how to set SSO up for your organization.
Meeting Feedback – Beta Release: We are launching our new Meeting Feedback feature in Beta which will allow users to rate their meetings and provide valuable feedback. Select customers are part of this exciting beta program where they will have the opportunity to help fully shape this feature.
Meeting Analytics Enhancements: The meeting analytics (formerly “Engagement Analytics”) is getting a facelift with better visualizations and new insights including time spent viewing materials in each section of the agenda, download counts of available materials, and meeting views over time and by day.
There is now also additional filtering to see engagement insights by permission and book and meeting views chart by time. Meeting feedback will also be summarized in this view.
