Passageways, the leading provider of collaborative portal solutions for financial institutions, announced today that City Credit Union, Dallas, TX ($214 M in asset size), became its 200th employee portal customer in the financial industry. This addition to an impressive list of customers, including more than 30 organizations with over $1 B in asset size, reinforces Passageways as a leader in the market for employee intranet portals. In addition to these 200 customers, Passageways also serves over 50 organizations with its board portal solution and several organizations other than financial institutions.
According to David Frith, the Chief Information Officer at City Credit Union, “We researched a lot of solutions and felt the Passageways Employee Portal offered the best combination of flexibility, value, and tools our employees would actually use”. Earlier in the year, David attended Passageways annual conference PowWOW 2010 and adds, “Powwow was a great experience. I was blown away by the capabilities of the Passageways Portal, the openness of the user community, and excited about the future direction of the product. I learned a lot from the breakout sessions that I could take back to my credit union and put to use”. David adds, “I really like that Passageways is part of a CUSO that wants to support the future growth of the credit union movement. I also like how all of the employees from the president on down are accessible and really want to help your credit union to be successful with the product. Passageways really takes their users suggestions to heart and uses them to make the product better”.
Community Portal Gaining Fanfare
