Meet The Panel

Steve Williams
President & Partner, Cornerstone Advisors

As a co-founder of Cornerstone Advisors, Steve Williams heads up the firm’s Strategic Solutions practice. An experienced private banker with a commercial and consumer credit background, Steve’s more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and consulting industries have provided him a deep working knowledge of bank operations and delivery systems, particularly in lending processes.

Noah Yosif,
Assistant Vice President, Economic Policy & Research, ICBA

In this capacity, he is charged with leading ICBA’s economic and financial policy research to promote a robust community banking industry. Previously, Noah was as an Economist with the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, where he studied trends related to productivity and technology. Noah has also served in various economic research-related roles at the US Department of the Treasury, Fannie Mae, and the Federal Reserve Board.

Benjamin Bochnowski,
President & CEO, People's Bank

Ben also assumes an active role in local community and banking organizations, including American Bankers Association, the boards of the Legacy Foundation, and the Indiana Bankers Association. He also serves as a volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) organization, and as a mentor for the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp for Veterans with Disabilities at Purdue University. Ben is a University of Michigan and ESADE graduate.

Greg Ohlendorf,
President & CEO, First Community Bank and Trust

Greg is a dedicated Community banker with 35 years of experience. In his current role as President and CEO at First Community Bank and Trust, he is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day executive management of the bank. Greg is also the President at Fist Community Bancorp, Inc and has previously served on the ICBA Board of Directors.

Paroon Chadha,
Co-Founder & CEO, OnBoard

Paroon Chadha co-founded Passageways in 2003 and continues to lead its business strategy, as CEO. He serves on Boards at Passageways, Big Brother Big Sister of Greater Lafayette, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and TechPoint. He was a founding member of Youwecan.org, and is an angel investor in several technology companies.
